Zinkensdamms IP was inaugurated in 1937 and is today one of its most frequently sparkling sports venues. The facility is used almost daily, year round by the public, nearby schools and local associations. The official public record of Zinkensdamm is 11 543 spectators who saw the premier league soccer qualifier 1941 between Reymersholms IFK and Eskilstuna, police estimated, however the amount of spectators together with the surrounding streets up to 17 000 people. As the record crowd of concerts saw 18 000 people, Lars Winnerbäck finish their summer tour in 2006 Zinkensdamms IP.
Zinkensdamm Today Elitserien Bandy Arena (Arena World Cup 2006), field hockey, rugby and American football. And not least, the center of the annual exercise mass muster, Midnattsloppet.
