All entries must be made by using the BWF Online Entry System:

Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday 27th December 2011 at 23.59 BWF HQ-time (16.59 CET). Players can not be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament.

No late entries will be accepted!

The Member Association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn by the Member Association be midnight local time on the closing date. It is recommended that the entry fees are paid by bank transfer, but the organizers can accept cash payment at tournaments.

The entry fees will not be refunded in the case of a withdrawal. For all the withdrawn players the organizers can invoice the entry fee to the relevant Member Association. The invoice must have a deadline for the payment and the information that if no payment has been received after the deadline has passed the organizers will forward the invoice with the registration of deliverance and the copy of the original entry together with the original invoice to BADMINTON EUROPE.

All this must be done within 2 (two) months after the end of the tournament.

If a player/pair is listed on a “Waiting List”, no entry fee is to be paid before being promoted to the Main Draw or Qualification draw. Before such a promotion takes place, the organizers must have this promotion confirmed by the association/associations of the respective player/pair. Only when this confirmation has been given, the player/pair is considered as an entry.

Organizers are allowed to refuse entries if players have outstanding fees from a previous year.

No alteration, except withdrawal, can be made to the entries after the close of entries in accordance with BWF Competition Regulations 5.8.

Any withdrawal after the Sunday immediately preceding the draw, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association con¬cerned liable to an amount of US$ 150 for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations).

The Organizer will pay the price money in cash during the closing ceremony.

The price money will be given only to players who participate in the closing ceremony.

CONDITIONS OF PLAY
The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton and Competition Regulations as adopted by the BWF as well as the Instructions of the Badminton Europe Circuit. In the events of any dispute, the Referee’s decision shall be final.

Competitors must be prepared to play at the times quoted in the order of play for the events for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when called.

Advertising and Clothing Regulations: According to the BWF Competition Regulations 19 to 23.

Observe that players must have their names on the back of the shirts in all matches in the main draw. A player failing to wear the name on the back of his/her shirt shall be penalised by an admini¬strative fine of 100,00 EUR. It is mandatory for the semi-finals and finals that the partners in doubles wear the same colour on shirts and shorts. Failing to do so shall result in an administrative fine of 100,00 EUR.

Players shall not plan their departure less than two (2) hours after their last match is planned to conclude. If a player/pair is unable to compete due to early departure, he/she may be penalised by removal of ranking points and return of awarded prizes. BADMINTON EUROPE shall propose to BWF that the gained BWF ranking points are also removed.

The hotel is located on 20 minutes walking distance from the venue. Reservation of accomodfation is to be made at latest 15th December 2011 directly to the hotel on special form.

Transports hotel and hall will be provided.

PAYMENT                  
Hotel payment to be done at the hotel on check-out by credit card. Credit card must be granted at check in. 

TRANSPORTATION 
Official point of arrival is Arlanda Airport. Reservation for transport is to be made on special form and sent at latest 27 December. In terminal 5 (arrivals) there will be a tournament arrivals desk where participants will be helped with transport  - so please make your way to terminal 5 and you will find the Swedish International Stockholm arrivals desk.

If arriving to any other airport than Arlanda or by train to Stockholm Central Station there will be a pick-up service from Stockholm City Bus Terminal to the official hotel, if a reservation has been made in advance on the enclosed form.

There will be transports on schedule provided between the official hotel and the venue.
